Refunds
- Refunds are only accepted for broken, damaged, or missing items.

Return will be accepted within 2 days from shipment.
- To request a refund, please email us a clear unboxing video showing the issue at homsyretail@gmail.com.
- Refund requests without video proof will not be considered.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.
Returns
- Returns are not accepted if you simply don’t like the product or change your mind.
- A return is only allowed if:
- You received a broken/damaged item.
- An item is missing from your order.
- For approved returns, we will share the return instructions by email.
