At Homsy Retail, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Refunds

  • Refunds are only accepted for broken, damaged, or missing items.
  • Return will be accepted within 2 days from shipment.

  • To request a refund, please email us a clear unboxing video showing the issue at homsyretail@gmail.com.
  • Refund requests without video proof will not be considered.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once approved.

Returns

  • Returns are not accepted if you simply don’t like the product or change your mind.
  • A return is only allowed if:
    • You received a broken/damaged item.
    • An item is missing from your order.
  • For approved returns, we will share the return instructions by email.
